About Mindful Movement at School.

Our mission is to change minds and preconceived ideas of movement and show how enjoyable and effective other non traditional movements can be. Our classes are a Pilates, Yoga, Meditation hybrid class. Strengthening, lengthening and resetting the mind, keeping the students challenged and engaged. The class flow will be created by our awesome instructor’s dependant on the year level, age group and desired outcome of the allocated time and program chosen.

Our Why.

Stepping outside of traditional skilled, huff and puff sport program Mindful Move changes the pace and mindset towards movement and what it can look like. There is no better time than right now to make positive changes in schools with movement classes that focus purely on the students mind and body.

What Our Classes Do.

Our classes give you that endorphin boost that helps shake any mood, allowing students to bounce through the rest of the day.

Empowering students to feel strong in their body using their own body weight. Our classes make sure everyone has a level they can complete the perfect blend of challenging and achievable. Making moving fun.

With continuous guidance through the movements there is a magical stillness of the mind. Allowing the busiest of minds to reset and find clarity in the classroom.
