How do I sign up for the seven day free trial?
Simply head to our home page, click ‘log in’ to create an account and use the promo code FREE7DAY for your free trial. Or simply click the button on the home page ‘Start Your Free Trial Today’.
What equipment do I need for the classes?
We use a few different props during class, but all can be replaced by objects you will have around your house. Stay tuned for our products section for you to be able to purchase booty bands, chi balls, slides and little weights for that extra burn during class!
Can I cancel my online membership at any time?
It is easy to cancel your membership, which you can do at any time. Simply sign in and click ‘cancel my subscription’. If you have any trouble you can email us and we can cancel your membership for you.
Privacy Policy
Online Membership
1. Members of the Online Studio may not share, give or sell their login details or password to any other person or entity.
2. The Pilates Lifestyle content is not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age and by providing information about yourself to Hustl. Group you are representing that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Online Membership Payment
1. The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each week, month or quarter or year thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each month, quarter or year on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. We reserve the right to change our billing timing, in particular, if your payment method has not successfully been charged.
2. Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to your online membership through to the end of your current billing period.
Online Membership Cancellations
1. You may cancel your online membership at any time for any reason. To cancel your recurring subscription, please visit your online membership settings.
2. Following a cancellation, you will lose access to your membership at the end of your billing period, either monthly, quarterly or annually.
3. To avoid being charged another billing cycle, you must ensure that you cancel your online subscription prior to your recurring payment date. If you do not cancel prior to this date, you will be charged for another week/month/quarter/year.

THE PILATES LIFESTYLE: PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Warning: This is an important document which affects your legal rights and obligations. Please read it carefully and do not agree to it unless you are satisfied you understand it.
For and in consideration of The Pilates Lifestyle granting me permission to attend and participate in a online The Pilates Lifestyle class, as a condition of entry, I HEREBY AGREE to the following terms and conditions:
Risk Warning, Acceptance of Risks, Release and Indemnity
1. I am aware that participating in exercise contains elements of risk, both obvious and inherent, and that by participating in a The Pilates Lifestyle class I will be exposed to such risks. The risks involved may result in property damage and/or personal injury including disease and death.
2. I fully appreciate the nature and extent of all risks involved and by participating in The Pilates Lifestyle class I freely, voluntarily and absolutely ACCEPT ALL RISKS howsoever arising out of or in relation to my participation in The Pilates Lifestyle class, whether caused by the negligence of The Pilates Lifestyle and the Associated Entities, or otherwise.
3. By entering a The Pilates Lifestyle class I vouch that have no known medical conditions which would preclude me from participating. I will immediately notify The Pilates Lifestyle in writing of any change to by fitness and ability to participate.
4. To the full extent permitted by law, I agree to WAIVE all and any claim, right or cause of action which I or my heirs, successors, executors, administrators, agents and assigns might otherwise have against any one or more of The Pilates Lifestyle and the Associated Entities for or arising out of Death, Illness or Injury which I may suffer or sustain in the course of or consequential upon or incidental to my participation in a The Pilates Lifestyle class, whether caused by the negligence of The Pilates Lifestyle and the Associated Entities, or otherwise.
5. To the full extent permitted by law, I agree to RELEASE AND DISCHARGE The Pilates Lifestyle and the Associated Entities from all liability to me, my personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, for Death, Illness or Injury which I may suffer or sustain in the course of or consequential upon or incidental to my participation in a The Pilates Lifestyle Class, whether caused by the negligence of The Pilates Lifestyle and the Associated Entities, or otherwise.
6. To the full extent permitted by law, I agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS The Pilates Lifestyle and the Associated Entities against all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, damages, costs, losses, expenses or liabilities of any kind, including legal costs, that may be brought or made by any person for Death, Illness or Injury arising out of or as a consequence of my acts or omissions in the course of or consequential upon or incidental to my participation in a The Pilates Lifestyle Class, whether caused by the negligence of The Pilates Lifestyle and the Associated Entities, or otherwise.
Liability
You acknowledge and agree that, subject to the non-excludable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth)), any other non-excludable term implied by law, the The Pilates Lifestyle and all of our Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and we exclude all warranties, representations, and liability of any kind (including in negligence) in connection with the Services and the website.
To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount covered by our professional indemnity insurance policy and (b) the total amount you have paid for the relevant Services.
You agree to indemnify The Pilates Lifestyle from and against any and all claims (including in negligence), liabilities, costs, expenses (including legal fees) and loss suffered or incurred by The Pilates Lifestyle and arising from or in connection with (a) your use or and access to the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law; (c) your breach of anyone else’s intellectual property rights; and (d) any claim, action, demand or proceedings instituted against us as a result of your use of The Pilates Lifestyle or the Services.
You understand that all Services provided by The Pilates Lifestyle, require physical exercise and movement. Accordingly, you are advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any physical exercise, routine, or using any suggested equipment, shown in any of our videos. All suggestions and comments relating to the use of equipment, poses, moves and instruction are not required to be performed by you and are carried out at your election while participating in the Services. Nothing contained in our Services or on our website should be construed as any form of such medical advice or diagnosis.
By voluntarily participating in these Services, you assume all risk of injury. You acknowledge the risks of physical injury, or even death, associated with physical activity. It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in the Services, you will not exceed your limits while performing such activity and you will only undertake the appropriate level of activity for your skills and abilities. You understand that, from time to time, we may suggest physical adjustments or the use of equipment and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such direction or suggestion is appropriate for your level of skills and abilities, including any physical or mental condition and/or limitation you have. You agree to consult with a doctor or other medical practitioner prior to participating in the Services. You acknowledge that you are fully liable for all medical expenses as a result of any injury incurred during your participation in the services offered and you expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against us.
If you are participating in the prenatal or postnatal pilates, you warrant that by registering for a class or participating in the class, you have received medical clearance from your doctor or a medical practitioner that you are fit and well to engage in such activities. If requested, you must provide us with such written confirmation from your doctor or medical practitioner.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australian. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.
If you choose to access the website and/or Services from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with foreign and local laws.
